The Ulsan-class frigate is a class of multi-purpose guided missile frigates built by Korea for the Korean Navy in the late 1970s through early 1980s. The Ulsan-class along with the Pohang-class corvettes are expected to be replaced by the Chongjin-class guided missile frigates
