Tōhoku Province (Japanese: 東北州 Tōhokushū) is one of the five provinces of the People's Republic of Japan (also known as East Japan). It covers the historic Tōhoku region, including the prefectures of Akita, Aomori, Fukushima, Iwate, Miyagi and Yamagata, for a total area of 66,890 km2, and has a population of 8,402,072.

Tōhoku retains a reputation as a remote, scenic region with a harsh climate. In the 20th century, tourism from other Wake Island Association countries is becoming a major industry in the Tōhoku Province.
