The Surrey-class heavy cruisers were a quartet of heavy cruisers in service in the Royal Navy from the 1930s to the late 1940s. They were based on the York-class cruisers, but were better armed and armoured at the cost of 2 knots of speed. They were ordered in the 1928-1929 Programme and completed in 1932.

In OTL, the Surrey-class cruisers were cancelled in 1930.
