A Kawasaki T-4 jet trainer of the Republic of Japan Air Force at the Iwakuni Air Force Base.
The Kawasaki T-4 is a subsonic intermediate jet trainer aircraft used by the Republic of Japan Air Force. The T-4 was developed and is produced by Kawasaki Heavy Industries. It is currently used by the RoJAF's Blue Impulse aerobatic team. The first XT-4 prototype flew on July 29, 1985. The first production aircraft was delivered in 1988.
